Processing & delivery
Orders placed before 19:59 on working days will be shipped the same day with DPD, provided:
- the product is in stock, and
- the payment is completed immediately (e.g. iDEAL or Bancontact).
When paying by bank transfer, the order will be dispatched as soon as payment is received. This may take 2-3 working days.

DPD delivers in most cases within 1 working day. However, no rights can be derived from this.
DPD usually does not deliver on Saturdays and public holidays.
