Who are we?

The SuperfoodShop was set up several years ago by a group of Orthomolecular Therapists. The reason for setting up the SuperfoodShop came from patients and trainees. In fact, they were advised by us which foods and which supplements to use. In doing so, we recommended very specific products because of their quality.

There are very many different health products available nowadays. But unfortunately, most of them are not of good quality. More and more people are becoming more aware of their health, their body, their daily diet, the food industry and the sick people around them. We now increasingly want to be and live healthier. The industry knows this and responds to it. They do so by marketing "health products" for the "conscious" consumer. Unfortunately, most products do more harm than good. By using cheap, synthetic raw materials and additives, even the "conscious" consumer is led astray.

Choosing to live a healthier life is already a barrier in itself. But if the "health industry" also makes it harder for us, we soon find ourselves at a loss for words. Hence, we always recommended very specific products to patients and trainees. Unfortunately, these products were not all available in 1 shop and this was very inconvenient for everyone. To make things easier, the SuperfoodShop came into being.

Products available at the SuperfoodShop are therefore only of the highest quality. In doing so, we take many different factors into account. The SuperfoodShop looks beyond just organic. Only organic is not enough even for the SuperfoodShop. Because even organic products are not all healthy due to, for example, heating, additives or processing.

The responsibility of us and the trust towards us from patients and trainees are great. All products go through a very strict selection policy. Therefore, the rest of the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany can also shop with peace of mind.
